AP16 IF BLOT ELITE is an innovative and fast automated system for IFA and BLOT metrhods, it is equipped with a sliding-sample barcode reader and a camera for the slide and Blot-strip bar code reading. The instrument is able to run 16 IFA slides with 12 wells, carry out sample dilution, sample and reagent dispense, incubation times and slide well washing.

Thanks to the Blot Module and camera, it is able to carry out a full automation for Dot/Western Blot, starting from sample dilution and dispense, reagent dispense, incubation, strip washing up to the dot imaging processing and assessment for each strip; the software is also able to store and record the data and issue patient report.
